Gabrielle Ellaine Genoviva Sondakh

Gabrielle graduated from the Faculty of Law at Atma Jaya Yogyakarta University with Cum Laude in 2022. Prior to joining ASNP, she was an intern at Indonesian Financial Services Authority (“OJK”) in Regional Office 8.

Throughout her study, she participated in several law-related competitions such as an Internal Moot Court and Contract Drafting Competition. She was also active in organizational activities and lead some department as well as important projects which upgrade her management and interpersonal soft skills.

Gabrielle is now assisting various capital market transactions including right issue and Initial Public Offering. She is also responsible for performing legal due diligence, providing legal advice to clients in relation to corporate and commercial issues, and analysis of legal documents.
