Gabrielle Ellaine Genoviva Sondakh

GABRIELLE ELLAINE GENOVIVA SONDAKH (GABY) earned her law degree with cum laude honors from the Faculty of Law at Atma Jaya Yogyakarta University in 2022 and gained valuable regulatory experience as an intern at the Indonesian Financial Services Authority (OJK), Regional Office 8.

Throughout her academic journey, Gaby demonstrated a proactive and leadership-oriented mindset by participating in law-related competitions such as internal moot courts and contract drafting competitions. Gaby also held key roles in student organizations, successfully leading departments and managing strategic projects that strengthened her leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Gaby currently supports a broad range of capital market and corporate transactions, including rights issues, initial public offerings, corporate restructurings, and ongoing corporate business operations. Gabrielle plays an integral role in conducting legal due diligence, delivering strategic legal advice on corporate and commercial matters, and reviewing and analyzing complex legal documentation.
